Acceptance of Terms

By using DeeLabs services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

DeeLabs provides website design and development, AI systems, and software under agreed-upon packages.

Packages and Payment

• Fees are based on your selected package
• Setup fees are due before work begins
• Monthly fees are due on the designated date
• Services may be temporarily suspended if payment is overdue by more than 15 days

Contract Duration

• Bronze: 3-month minimum
• Silver: 6-month minimum
• Gold: 6-month minimum
• After minimum period, auto-renews monthly
• Cancel with 30 days notice

Website Revisions

• Revision limits are based on your package
• Revisions include minor content, image, or layout changes
• Complete structural redesigns are not included as revisions

Intellectual Property

• Content, images, and logos provided by client remain client property
• Code developed by DeeLabs remains DeeLabs property until fully paid
• After full payment, client receives usage rights for their website code

Domain and Hosting

• DeeLabs manages domain and hosting per package
• Domains can be transferred upon service cancellation
• DeeLabs is not responsible for data loss after service cancellation

Warranty and Limitations

• We strive for the best service but do not guarantee 100% bug-free websites
• We do not guarantee SEO rankings as they depend on many factors
• We target 99.9% hosting uptime

Cancellation

• Clients may cancel after minimum period with 30 days notice
• DeeLabs reserves the right to cancel if terms are violated
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be communicated 14 days in advance.
